Superenduro powered by SRAM – Italy
With 14 races all over Italy Superenduro, at its 4th season, is one of Europe’s biggest and most established enduro racing series. The format is very similar to car rally or motorbike enduro racing, with timed “special stages” (mostly downhill) linked by transfer stages, where the rider has only to respect a maximum allowed time. In 2011 all races have seen a record number of entries, with almost 3.000 riders taking part in the circuit. For 2011 the Superenduro series is the organizer of the Enduro of Nations Trophy, the “unofficial” World Championship of Enduro, which will take place on august 6th and 7th in Sauze d’Oulx.
